Every item is made especially for you when you place your order. Creating products on demand helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs made with care. Because of this, your order may take a little longer to arrive than something sitting on a warehouse shelf, but we think it's worth the wait.

Processing Your Order

Most orders are created and shipped within 2–5 business days. During busy shopping seasons or new product launches, production may take a little longer, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Shipping Times

Once your order is on its way, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Please remember these are estimates. Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Ordering Multiple Items?

Some products are made in different production facilities, so it's normal for items in the same order to arrive in separate packages. If that happens, don't worry—your order is simply making its way to you in more than one shipment.
